Return, Refunds and Payments

Please read carefully before Purchasing

We understand that children grow quickly, and sometimes circumstances change. That's why we've extended our refund and exchange periods (previously 30 days), giving you more time to ensure the perfect fit and satisfaction with your purchases. 

Please read on for the details of our updated policy.

Refunds:
● Items can be returned for a full refund within 60 days of purchase.
● Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact.
● For online orders, refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
● For order placed in store, refund will be via cash or direct bank transfer.

Exchanges:
● Same items can be exchanged for a different size within 120 days of purchase.
● Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact.
● If the desired size is not in stock, the items will be back ordered.


Different Product Exchange:
● Items can be exchanged for a different product within 120 days of purchase, with receipt.
● Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact.
● If the new item is more expensive than the original purchase, the difference in price will be charged.
● If the new item is less expensive than the original purchase, a refund for the difference will be provided.

Second-hand items:
● Second hand items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

    We are unable to offer an exchange on hats, tights and socks due to hygiene

    If any item is faulty, defective or damaged we will replace

     

    POLICY FOR PAYMENT OF PURCHASES MADE AT THE WINSTON HILLS PUBLIC SCHOOL UNIFORM SHOP

    Effective date: 25 March 2025 

    New school uniform items:
    All purchases of new school uniform items from the School Uniform Shop will require payment in full at the time of purchase. Post-payment options will no longer be available for new uniform items. This policy applies to all purchases of new school uniform items made directly from the School Uniform Shop, whether in person or through online ordering systems (where applicable).

    Second-hand uniform items: 
    An exception to this policy will be made for requests for second-hand uniform items received via email.  Upon receiving an email request for second-hand uniform items, the requested item(s) will be sent home with the student. Once the parent/guardian has confirmed their satisfaction with the second-hand item(s), an invoice will be raised for the total cost. Payment for second-hand items will be due as per the terms outlined on the invoice.
